Increases incoming sound for the user by several decibels, compared to foam ear cushions

Donut style allows maximum sound to the ear from the speaker

Has a black mesh material in the center

Not interchangeable with other ear cushions (except 80354-01 foam) and fits only Plantronics EncorePro headsets

Has a plastic ring insterted that snaps onto the headset

Easy to clean with mild soap and water or use BTP's headset cleaners

Will last longer than foam ear cushions if properly cared for and no alcohol products are used for cleaning
