Compatible with Plantronics CS series wireless headset sytems including CS50, CS55, CS351N, and CS361N (not compatible with CS500 series)
Compatible with Polycom Unified IP Phone models 320, 321, 330, 331, 335, 430, 450, 550, 560, 650, 670 and CX700 (note: Polycom 320 and 330 phones do not have a headset port and require special Polycom adapter - please call BTP to inquire)
All SoundPoint IP phones supported require latest update of firmware from Polycom’s SIP 3.1 or higher and BootROM 4.1.0 or later to work with Plantronics wireless headsets
HHC software functionality must be enabled though Cisco Unified Communication Manager Administration application
The EHS cable sends a ringer alert signal to the headset anytime the phone rings, anywhere within a headset's wireless range, allowing you to move freely throughout the office without missing a call
Upon hearing the signal, the headset wearer presses the call control talk button on the headset to answer the call remotely
To end a call, press the call control button on the headset - the phone will go off and on-hook electronically
Eliminates the need for Plantronics HL10 handset lifter on your desk phone
