If using Power Cubes, a standard Plantronics headset with the replacement PL-2671601 10' coil cord will not work - it will have a buzzing sound

Plugs directly into the headset port of these Cisco IP phones

Limited compatibility – not compatible with most phones and can have potential transmit and receive volume issues
