The difference between this product (PL-HL10, PL-60962-32) and PL-60961-35 is this product has an L-pin (right angle) connection to the base, and PL-60961-35 has a straight pin connection
If you are connecting a Plantronics wireless headset to a desk phone, the HL10 lifter lets you answer and end calls remotely
Recommended if there is not a compatible Electronic Hookswitch (EHS) adapter cable
Fits on telephone under the handset (receiver)
It automatically lifts the handset and returns it to the cradle when you want to answer and end a call while away from your desk
Rings headset upon receiving an incoming call - press the "Talk" button on the headset and it lifts the telephone receiver off hook
Press "Talk" on the headset again and the HL10 hangs up the phone, hands free
No desktop footprint
Works with most standard desktop phones (not compatible with trimline styles or cordless phones)
Will not work with a shoulder rest attached to the handset because of weight
Includes external ring sensor
Includes 4 inch extension arm so the lifter works on Nortel 3900 series phones (arm may be purchased separately (see HL10 accessory kit)
Some phones, including the Avaya Merlin series, are not compatible - please call us with any compatibility questions
For Polycom SoundPoint IP 301, 430, 501, 550, 601, and 650 phones lifter arm accessory (PL-76141-01) is required
